Joshua Tree National Park Trip Info
What to expect on your trip
-
four hours
For a 4-hour trip, our experienced guides will carefully select a conveniently close location that only requires a brief 5-minute hike or is near the road. This chosen spot offers a variety of routes suitable for climbers of different skill levels and preferences. To start, you'll warm up on an introductory route to get familiar with the equipment and rock texture. It's recommended to focus on one area or select a location that allows for easy transitions between climbing spots.
-
six hours
If you're seeking a longer adventure, our 6-hour trip gives you more time to explore further into the park with a 10-15 minute hike. This is especially advantageous during peak seasons (October-December, March-May) as it helps you avoid large crowds. With six hours at your disposal, you'll have the opportunity to climb at multiple locations and spend ample time on the rock!
-
eight hours
If you're undecided between the 4-hour and 6-hour trips, remember that we offer the flexibility to extend your journey for a longer duration. Moreover, our 8-hour trip provides an exceptional level of customization. It allows you and your guide to venture into less-frequented parts of the park, resulting in a truly extraordinary adventure. This extended timeframe is perfect for engaging in multi-pitch rock climbs, pursuing multi-summit expeditions, or exploring numerous diverse locations. If you decide to upgrade from a 4 or 6-hour trip to the 8-hour trip, you can do so on the day itself. It's important to note, however, that the 8-hour trip is unavailable during the summer months.
